PASSO by Beyond is a beachfront residential project on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. It has two sculptural towers, Avita (Tower A) and Bella (Tower B), with 625 homes from one to six bedrooms. It also has 5 penthouses, 6 standalone beach mansions and 250 metres of private white-sand beach. Developed by Beyond, PASSO is designed around fluid, wave-like architecture, wellness and resort-style amenities, with handover expected in Q4 2029.

PASSO payment plan

Example: for a 1-bedroom at AED 4.95M, the down payment is about AED 495,000, construction payments about AED 2.48M and the handover payment about AED 1.98M. The 4% DLD registration fee applies on top. See our payment plans guide for how this compares with other plans.

Five collections

• The Residences: 1 to 4-bedroom homes with flowing interiors, built for relaxed coastal living.
• The Wellness Collection: 1 and 2-bedroom homes, each with a private garden and plunge pool opening onto the podium landscape, with direct access to the greenery and the beach.
• The Elite Collection: 1 to 4-bedroom homes with larger living spaces, placed to capture the best views.
• The Penthouses: 5 four and five-bedroom penthouses at the top of both towers, each with a private enclosed parking space, private lobby and lift straight into the home, a terrace with plunge pool and a double-height living room.
